Most of her teaching experience has been from a preschool in Breckenridge, CO, where she worked with children form infancy to 5 years of age. She also worked in a 3-4 year old classroom in San Diego in 2018. She loves how different ages in early childhood each come with their own unique challenges and joyful new experiences. She also finds it remarkably fulfilling observing and guiding children in their development.
Linnhe works part time at Holy Name as she is also full time at CMC. She is working towards furthering her education in Early Childhood Education because she loves the field and wants to be the best teacher she can be.
Linnhe grew up in Princeton, New Jersey. Much of her youth was spent competitive sailboat racing on the Jersey shore. In 2019, She competed in a World Championship in Finland with her Dad, where they placed 19th out of 50 teams in the Lightning sailboat class. Upon graduating high school, she spent a few months working and living in orphanages in Nepal in 2012. It was there where she realized her true passion for working with children. She then moved to Colorado shortly after because she was drawn to the mountain town lifestyle. Her boyfriend, Ben and herself moved to Steamboat Springs in the summer of 2020. They love the community and climate in Steamboat and are looking forward to putting down roots here.
